Service Description

Choosing this service means you have booked Claire as your photographer for a half day. A half day is considered 4 hours, you may choose to use all or part of this time you will be charged for the full half day rate. If you need more time than 4 hours please view the full day option. Pro-rata rates apply after 4 hours. Travel to more than one location or outside a 50kms radius from the city centre is charged at 68c per km from Kensington, this will be added to your final invoice. This Booking includes all final image selections edited and supplied in both High Resolution (300dpi) and Low Resolution (150dpi). All final images shot on the day will be provided to you fully edited as agreed in your licensing agreement. This agreement includes a Usage Licence for you to use the images for your own self promotion, including your own websites and social media, printed media and advertising with the exclusion of editorial content, billboarding and third party use. Further Usage Licences are available. Images must not be on-sold as per copyright laws. Please discuss with me if a third party would like to use the images as there are additional licences and associated fees available. In the event of a multi-party split fee shoot, additional costs for extra licences will be charged. In this situation, please notify me before the shoot is booked. Cancellation fees apply. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule for a full refund contact us in writing at least 21 day prior. A refund schedule applies after this time, dependent on the the amount of time prior to the booking date, this is outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
